Who has?

Is there anyone in the Bible that has "operated in the fullness of God's guidence, provision and care"?...

YES! Jesus.

Has there been anyone in the Bible who has attempted to follow Jesus? Well Duh...

15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
